CHRISTINA ROSE ASHBY
Christina is an NYC-based theater director and teaching artist who began her theatrical journey in her home-state of Alaska. A true multi-disciplinarian, Christina utilizes her skills to craft imaginative worlds and bring together diverse ensembles. A believer in the written word and a lover of imagination, Christina strives to create safe and bold spaces where artists of all ages and abilities can reach beyond their potential.
Christina’s mission as a director is to tell universal stories in unique and challenging ways and work with artists who have captivating imaginations. She aims to bring back wonder to the world and spotlight voices and artists who don’t always get a chance to be seen. Christina veers toward more abstract storytelling while keeping a foundation of truth.
